About Pretty Property Co.

Pretty Property Co. is a locally rooted Okanagan co-hosting company founded by Devin and Rachele Moody.

We moved from Ontario to the Okanagan in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle here — the lake, the wineries, the slower pace, the community. It didn't take long before we were sharing our favourite spots with every friend and visitor who came through, and Pretty Property Co. grew out of that natural instinct to host well and share what we love.

We're parents, dog people (3 of them!), and Okanagan locals at heart. Rachele is also the co-founder and creative designer of the stationery business Pretty In Print, and Devin is a musician.

Our goal as co-hosts is simple: to maximize the performance of your short-term rental by driving more revenue, securing better and more consistent bookings, and removing all the stress from day-to-day management. We optimize your listing for visibility, implement dynamic pricing strategies, improve guest satisfaction, and ensure reliable operations from booking through to checkout.

We also care deeply about supporting local. We love collaborating with Okanagan businesses, wineries, and breweries so guests can experience the region authentically while helping strengthen the community around us. This makes your listing feel more unique, more memorable, and more desirable in a competitive market.
